Option 1 - Take I-4 West Toward Tampa. Merge onto I-75 South via Exit 9 and continue 130 miles to Exit 131 – Daniel’s Parkway.
Turn right onto Daniel's Parkway, and drive for 4.5 miles to Six Mile Cypress/Ben C. Pratt Parkway. Turn left onto Six Mile Cypress/Ben C. Pratt Parkway and drive for 4.5 miles to Summerlin Road. Take the left exit ramp onto FL-869 (Summerlin Road). Stay on Summerlin Road for 8 miles. The road will end at the Sanibel-Captiva Island Causeway toll booth. Pay the $6.00 toll and cross the 3 mile causeway onto Sanibel Island.
When you get to the 4-way stop sign, yield right onto Periwinkle Way. Continue on Periwinkle Way for 2.5 miles and turn right onto Palm Ridge Road. Continue 0.5 miles to the four way stop. Go straight through stop sign onto Sanibel Captiva Road. Stay on Sanibel-Captiva Road for 7 miles and cross Blind Pass Bridge onto Captiva Island (the road becomes Captiva Drive). Continue on Captiva Drive for 3.5 miles to the entrance of South Seas Resort, which will be on your right.

Option 2 – I-4 to Highway 27 South at Haines City Exit, then right on 64 in Avon Park, left on 17 in Zolfo Springs, and stay on 17 until I-75 South via Exit 9 and continue 130 miles to Exit 131 – Daniel’s Parkway.
